The last may have not been heard from The Michael Jackson murder case. Michael Jackson's doctor has filed a notice to appeal his four years in prison conviction. Conrad Murray signed the one-page document filled in Los Angeles on Friday seeking all records and transcripts from the case. However, the filling does not indicate on what basis that Murray seeks to argue his case to overturn his conviction or sentence.
Conrad Murray was sentenced Tuesday to four years in jail for involuntary manslaughter conviction but the term will automatically be cut in half.
Murray's appeal will be heard by a state appeals court in Los Angeles, assuming he files an opening brief at a later date.
Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor had on Tuesday blasted Murray's conduct in his handling Michael Jackson during the sentencing, calling him a disgrace to the medical profession.
